"The Beach
Club" luxury condominium towers are located at 1830 South Ocean Drive,
Hallandale Beach, FL 33009.
Many of the units are are for sale, available as annual rentals or as short term vacation rentals. Contained within the three towers, built between 2005 and 2007, are 1,500 luxury residences that include a variety of floor plans. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 3 full bathroom model on the 40th floor that had views of the Atlantic ocean to the East and the city of Hallandale Beach to the South. There are one, two, three, and four bedroom models that range in size from about 800 square feet to over 4000 sq. ft. in the townhouses. |

The Beach Club is a great place to live if you plan on traveling a lot since the Ft. Lauderdale Airport (FLL) is only about 7 miles or 15 minutes away. The Miami International Airport is also relatively close by at about 20 miles or 30 minutes away.

Overall we had a really good time at "The Beach Club" condo but I do have some minor complaints. For starters, having to wait for the valet to go and fetch your car every time you want to go somewhere got a bit tiresome. We're used to just walking out of our home and jumping in the car. I'm sure the residents who live there all the time get used to it or they must call down ahead of time.

I've never considered myself to be afraid of heights, but we all felt a bit nervous being out on the balcony so high up on the 40th floor. The last thing that I wished had been different was the beach, which wasn't as nice as the beaches we're accustomed to visiting in Boca Raton such as the Red Reef Beach Park. The Hallandale Beach seemed very narrow without much sand in between the vegetation covered dunes and the water. Also, the sand was more brown and peppered with seaweed whereas the Boca Raton beaches have sand that is more of a visually pleasing light tan color. Then again, the Boca Raton beaches are Palm Beach County Parks which precludes any commercial development directly adjacent to the beach.
