Ft. Lauderdale’s Bonnet House and Miami’s Vizcaya Museum & Gardens are on the 2008 list of “America’s 11 Most Endangered Historic Places,” issued today by the National Trust for Historic Preservation. The Bonnet House and Vizcaya Gardens were placed on the list due to encroaching high-rise developments that threaten the historic value of these sites.
