This automotive maintenance tutorial was specifically written to assist owners of the first generation (2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 & 2016) Nissan Juke in changing a burnt out dual low & high beam headlight bulb, front turn signal or side marker (parking) light bulb.

Owners of other Nissan vehicles such as the Versa, Sentra, Altima, Maxima, Cube, Leaf, Pathfinder, 370Z, Rogue, Xterra, Murano, Armada, Quest, Frontier and Titan may also find these DIY instructions to be helpful.

Replacement bulbs with their part numbers are as follows: Low/High Beam # 9007, Turn Signal # 7507 (or PY21W) and Front Side Marker LIght # 194NA (or 194A).

No tools are needed to change any of the headlight bulbs in either the driver or passenger side housings.

Twist Off Plastic Ring
The combination Low & High beam headlight bulb is located in a separate housing below the other lights.

If necessary, you may choose to remove the windshield washer fill tube to gain better access to the headlight bulb on the passenger side of the vehicle.

Reach in behind the headlight housing and pull the power connector straight off the base of the old bulb.

Then twist off the black plastic locking ring 1/4 turn in the counterclockwise direction.

If you have trouble removing the plastic ring, try pushing in while turning it counterclockwise.

Once the plastic locking ring has been removed, you can pull the old bulb straight out of the housing.

The owner's manual states that you should first pull out the rubber dust cover. I didn't find that to be necessary.

On previous model years or international versions of the Nissan Juke, the headlight bulb may be held in place by a metal arm or "clip". To release the arm, press in and move the end of the arm out of the metal hook. For an example of this metal retaining arm, check out my Nissan Cube Headlight Bulbs Replacement Guide.

The two pictures in the row above show you how to release the plastic retaining clip on the electrical connector.

If you have trouble releasing the clip by pushing down on the tab, you may need to carefully use a small flathead screwdriver to pry it up.

New 9007 Bulb In Place
Try to avoid touching the glass part of the new halogen headlight bulb with your fingers or anything greasy in the engine bay.

If you do get the new bulb dirty, wipe it clean with an alcohol moistened paper towel.

Insert the new # 9007 low/high beam bulb in to the headlight housing.

You may need to rotate it back and forth until you get the tabs properly lined up inside the socket.
