A replacement festoon or "fuse" style bulb is part number DE3175 which is available from various manufacturers such as Sylvania, GE, PIAA and Eiko.

You can also use a brighter DE3175 LED bulb.

The only tool needed to access and replace is a small flathead screwdriver or a small plastic pry bar tool.

To prevent from scratching the plastic surfaces, cover the tip of your screwdriver with a thin micro fiber cloth or you can use a small plastic automotive panel pry bar tool.

Insert the blade of the small flathead screwdriver in to the notch near the front edge of the lens cover close to the switch.

Gently pry out the lens cover and set it aside in a safe place.

Test New Light Bulb
Insert a new # DE3175 light bulb in to the socket.

If you are installing an LED light bulb and it doesn't work at first, it might be polarized. Try flipping it around 180 degrees in the socket.

Test the new light bulb by moving the "On / Off" switch to the "On" position.
