order to change the gear selector from "Park" to "Neutral" and manually move

The only tool required to complete this procedure is a small flat head screwdriver such as from a Jeweler's Screwdriver Set. The first two steps are to engage the emergency / parking brake and place wheel chocks on both sides of the tires to help prevent the vehicle from moving unexpectedly. Locate the small black plastic cover on the front left corner of the gear selector's trim panel next to the letters "P" and "R". |
