These photos
of the Fort Lauderdale Intracoastal Waterway were taken aboard the
Pro Dive International scuba diving boat. I was on the way to "The Caves" coral reef off Fort Lauderdale Beach to complete my PADI Open Water Diver scuba diving certification. Some of the sights along the way included the Fort Lauderdale Water Taxi, high rise condominium buildings, multi-million dollar yachts, sailboats, Port Everglades, waterfront mansions, speed boats, the 17th Street Causeway bridge, fishermen on the jetties, and the Carnival Freedom cruise ship. Other Fort Lauderdale attractions that I recommend are the Bonnet House Museum & Gardens, Fort Lauderdale Beach, Fort Lauderdale Riverwalk, the Fort Lauderdale Home Design Show, and the Fort Lauderdale Beerfest. |
