Rock River is a pilsner that was modeled after the style that originated in Bohemia (now known as the Czech Republic). The info from Minhas Brewery says that it is brewed from all malt with no corn adjunct. It has a full and rich mouthfeel with fresh tasting continental hop aroma.

This beer pours a dark golden yellow color with a large frothy head. Rock River lager has a sweet aroma, a buttery taste, with a crisp dry after taste. I also taste some hints of grains, and fruit such as apples or bananas. It's a bit watery but not more so than other pilsners of this color.
