Pry Out Light Housing
To prevent from tearing the fabric headliner or scratching the plastic light housing, you could either cover your screwdriver with a micro fiber cloth or use a plastic pry bar tool.

Insert the tool in between the headliner and the side of the light housing with the "On/Off" switch.

Gently pry out the light housing to release the metal retaining clip.

Carefully pull the light housing out of the opening in the headliner.

Test New Light Bulb
To test the new light bulb, move the "On / Off" rocker switch to the "On" position.

If you installed an LED bulb and it doesn't work at first, you may need to remove it, rotate it 180 degrees and push it back into the socket.

Some LED bulbs are "polarized" and will only work when installed in the correct orientation.
