I was just planning to email some friends about the 2008 Ft. Lauderdale Air & Sea Show that was supposed to take place next weekend (May 3rd & 4th), when I noticed the press release on their website announcing the cancellation. Apparently the event was not able to secure a corporation to become a title sponsor like McDonald’s was last year. I hope the show comes back next year in 2009.
