As you can plainly see, I brought my digital camera to the beach one
afternoon. We walked all the way down to the Oasis Cancun Hotel, which
looks a lot different than last year.
There weren't very many college kids and the main MTV, Maxim, Nokia or Student City stage was vacant. The one good thing was that we were able to easily find some beach lounge chairs. Last year it was almost impossible to snag a lounge chair. |

I thought it would be fun to take a picture of our feet as we relaxed and soaked in the Mexican sun. My hairy legs don't look as nice as her legs and pretty red toenails. |

After the beach, we went to take a swim in one of the pools. We chose a pool that was empty except for a few other couples. I'm always very brave with my digital cameras, especially after I've had them for awhile, so I took mine in the pool to take a picture behind the waterfall. Our picture taking inspired other couples to use their cameras in the pool. The last two pictures on this page are of a iguana that we saw scurrying on the sand in front of the Omni Cancun Hotel by where the taxis wait. If you're looking for a nice hotel for Spring Break but don't want to stay at the madhouse that the Oasis usually ends up being, then I highly recommend the Omni Cancun Hotel & Villas. |
