If you’ve been hearing a judder, shudder, vibration or shaking sound in the rear end of your 1st generation (2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 & 2006) Acura MDX while turning, you probably need to replace the VTM-4 fluid in the rear differential. It should be drained and refilled at least every 30,000 miles.
