The iridium tipped OEM spark plugs in a 3rd generation (2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 & 2010) Honda Odyssey with the J35A6 or J35A7 3.5 liter V6 engine can last up to 100,000 miles, but they should be checked and changed before that mileage.
