The plumbing in our home is over two decades old, so I wasn’t surprised to find that one of the toilets had sprung a leak. After examining it more closely, I saw that water was seeping out from the valve stem on the toilet’s water supply valve assembly. Turning the knob tighter didn’t fix the problem.
