BBQ Baby Back Pork Ribs Recipe & Guide Part II
This was my second attempt at creating barbecue pork baby back ribs. My first attempt at BBQ ribs was done in the oven which a few b-b-q experts told me was entirely wrong, even though they were still delicious.
I think this time I got pretty close to the true spirit and results of slow barbecuing pork baby back ribs.

Stingray Beer Review – Cayman Islands
Whenever my father goes on a trip he always seems to bring back my brother some fine wines, while I receive exotic beers. It’s not such a bad deal since we usually both get to try the other’s refreshing beverage gift.
The latest acquisition was this tasty “Stingray Beer” from the Cayman Islands. To read my review, click on the link below.
Summit SBC-500B Kegerator Review
A keg of beer costs about $50. A beer kegerator fridge can keep your favorite brew fresh for 4 months. Each standard sized keg holds about 155-165 servings of frosty suds. So that works out to about $0.30 cents per serving of beer.
It seemed like a very economical solution, so my roommates and I went in on a Summit SBC-500B “portable” beer keg refrigerator or “kegerator”. The total cost was about $600.
We used and abused this kegerator for two years and then I sold it on Craigslist for more than half its original value.

Chicago Vacation Pictures 2006
In August of 2006 we visited the windy city of Chicago. Some of the highlights of our trip include the John Hancock Observatory Tower, Lincoln Park Zoo, Chicago Aerial Photographs, Navy Pier & the Ferris Wheel, the Magnificent Mile, Michigan Avenue, and a review of the Westin Hotel (a Starwood property).
Tulum Mayan Ruins, Yucatan Peninsula – Mexico
One of the side trips on our Carnival Cruise lines trip to Cozumel Mexico was to the Tulum Mayan Ruins on the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico.
Cozumel Mexico – Carnival Cruise Lines
My first trip on a cruise ship was aboard a Carnival Cruise liner on it’s way to Cozumel Mexico. Next time I won’t spring for the room with a view since we were never in there during daylight hours.
Ritz Carlton Hotel – South Beach Miami
A work function brought me to this pricey Ritz Carlton Hotel located on the world famous “South Beach” area of Miami Beach, Florida. Click on the link below for my hotel review and some pictures.
