| On your way from Matei, Coconut Grove, Taveuni Palms or Bibi's, you'll walk past Tramonto Restaurant located at the top of the hill before Prince Charles Beach. We went to Tramonto one night to enjoy their freshly made pizza and some ice cold Fiji Bitter beers as the sun set behind us into the Pacific Ocean. | ||||

| Prince Charles Beach was named after the member of the British Royalty of the same name after he visited this strip of golden sand back in 1970. He traveled to Taveuni Island following the ceremony to hand over independence to Fiji from the United Kingdom. | ||||
