Gently Pry Off Tail Light
The first two steps are to open the cargo tailgate and move to the side of the vehicle with the burnt out tail light bulb.

Then loosen the two screws on the black plastic interior edge of the tail light assembly with a 10mm socket and ratcheting wrench. Set the two screws aside in a safe place.

Gently pull the tail light assembly away from the rear of the vehicle.

If you have trouble removing the housing, carefully use a small flathead screwdriver to pry it off and disengage the two friction fasteners that hold it in place.
