This 2015 Kia Sedona minivan is equipped with Micro2 fuses that can be purchased at any auto parts store or online at Amazon.

Attention: Please check your old fuses before you buy new ones! Some older model years might use standard mini blade fuses or possibly even Low Profile fuses.

No tools are needed to access and replace the fuses or relays in either of the electrical blocks.

The square black plastic electrical fuse box is located on the right side of the engine air filter box and behind the 12V automotive battery.

Firmly push in the release tab on the front edge of the fuse box cover on the right (driver) side.

Then push in the release tab on the rear edge of the fuse box cover located closer to the left.

Gently lift the cover off the fuse box.

Turn over the cover to view the fuse location diagram.

There is also another fuse location diagram in your owner's manual.

Lift the fuse puller tool out of its socket.

Pinch the end of the tool to open the jaws.

The interior passenger compartment fuse block is located behind a plastic access cover on the lower part of the dashboard on the driver side.

Pull the old fuse straight out of the socket.

If the thin metal strip in the translucent plastic center of the old fuse appears to be burnt and broken, the old fuse is most likely "blown" and should be replaced with a new one.

If the metal bar or "band" in the middle of the old fuse appears to be intact, the fuse might still be good.

Since new fuses are so inexpensive, it should still replaced with a new fuse as part of your electrical problem troubleshooting process.

Push a new Micro2 fuse straight into the socket.

The new fuse should the same amperage rating (e.g. 5A, 10A, 15A, 20A).

Make sure that the new fuse is fully seated in the socket.

Replace the fuse puller tool into its mount at the front left corner of the engine bay fuse block.

If you suspect that a relay is faulty, the easiest way to troubleshoot it is to simply replace it with a new relay. You could also test the old relay with a digital multimeter tool.

Push the cover down into place to secure the two retaining clips.

Then replace the interior passenger compartment electrical panel access cover.

Re-insert the top edge first and then gently snap in the bottom edge.

Test the electrical component you were having problems with such as the horn, radio, windshield wipers, power windows, headlights, tail lights or the power driver seat.

If you are still having the same issue, there may be a shorted somewhere or the component itself needs to be replaced.
