This automotive maintenance tutorial was specifically written to assist owners of the first generation (2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and possibly also the 2019 and 2020 model years) Jeep Renegade SUV in changing a burnt out fog light bulb in the front bumper cover.

Owners of other Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM or Fiat vehicles such as the 200, 300, Pacifica, Town & Country, Avenger, Charger, Challenger, Journey, Dart, Durango, Magnum, Grand Caravan, Fiat 500 500X or 500L, Fiat 124 Spider, Grand Cherokee, Wrangler, Compass, Liberty, Patriot, ProMaster, 1500 and C/V Tradesman minivan may also find these DIY instructions to be helpful.

The compatible replacement halogen fog light bulb part number is H11 which are available from various manufacturers such as Philips, Sylvania and JDM.

If you would like to have brighter fog lights, install some H11 LED bulbs.

The only tools needed to access and replace the fog light bulbs include a Phillips head screwdriver and a flathead screwdriver.

The first step is to turn the steering wheel all the way in the opposite direction of the burnt out fog light bulb.

Turning the front wheels will help create more working room in the wheel well to access the old light bulb.

Locate the rectangular shaped access cover on the front part of the black plastic wheel well liner.

Remove the two black plastic screws by turning them counterclockwise with a Phillips head screwdriver.
