This automotive maintenance tutorial was specifically written to assist owners of the refreshed, "revised" or post "facelift" first generation 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 Jeep Compass SUV in changing a burnt out low beam, high beam, front turn signal or side marker light bulb in the headlight assemblies.

Owners of other Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or RAM vehicles such as the Avenger, 200, 300, Town & Country, Challenger, Charger, Dart, Durango, Journey, Patriot, Wrangler, Grand Cherokee, 1500, 2500, 3500, C/V Tradesman and ProMaster may also find these DIY instructions to be helpful.

Replacement bulbs for the 2011-2015 model years with their part numbers are as follows: Low Beam # H11, High Beam # 9005, Front Turn Signal # 7444NA and side marker # 194.

The part numbers for the earlier 2007, 2008, 2009 & 2010 Jeep Compass models are Dual Beam Headlight # H13 and Front Turn Signal # 3757A.

No tools are required for replacing the headlight bulbs. A small flathead screwdriver may be useful for prying off the retaining clips on the power plugs.
