We had a 9am tee time at the Ironwood Golf Course located at 2100 NE 39th Ave, Gainesville FL 32609. Since it was a weekday it only cost us $11.00 per person for the full 18 holes. You can reserve a tee time of your own by calling 352-334-3120. On weekends the price is $14 for 18 holes and $11 for just 9. Since then the prices have gone up to $27 and $30.

As usual the heat and humidity in this part of Central Florida was making us sluggish and we spent a lot of time resting on the golf carts in the shade from the tall pine trees that line the course.

Since I had my camera, as always, one of the guys suggested that I take pictures of everyone's swings for later critiquing.
