License Plate Light Bulbs Replacement Guide
How to replace the license plate light
bulbs on a 2006 to 2012 Ford Fusion sedan with picture illustrated instructions.

| Use the standard
sized Phillips head screwdriver to loosen and remove the two screws that
hold the license plate light bulb housing in the trunk lid. If it doesn't
drop out, use a small flathead screwdriver to pry it out. Push the metal power contacts outwards to release the old # 6418 bulb from the housing. |

| Insert a new # 6418
bulb into the socket and replace the housing into the trunk lid. Tighten the
two Phillips head screws to secure it in place. Test the new license plate
bulb(s) by turning on the headlights. For more,
