To prevent from scratching the plastic surfaces, you may choose to either cover the tip of your screwdriver with a thin micro fiber cloth or instead use a plastic pry bar tool.

Insert the blade of the screwdriver in to the small notch on the outer edge of the lens cover and gently pry it out.

Set the lens cover aside in a safe place.

Pull out the old light bulb with your fingers or carefully pry it out at one of the metal end caps with the flathead screwdriver.

If the old light bulb was recently illuminated, be careful since it might still be hot enough to burn your fingers.

New Light Bulb In Socket
Push a new miniature fuse type light bulb such as the TS-14V1CP, ACDelco 13502343, 6614F or the Eiko 40842 - 6614F straight in to the socket.

If you are installing an LED bulb and it doesn't work at first, try flipping it around in the socket.

The new light bulb should illuminate immediately. If not, open and close the mirror cover or press the "Unlock" button on the key fob to activate the interior lights.

Close the mirror cover to complete the job.
