Tejas Bock Beer Review
A review of the Tejas Bock brew from the Beers of America Historical Collection from Minhas Craft Brewery.

The Tejas Bock beer was modeled after the brews created by the
Tejanos of old Northern Mexico (now known as the state of Texas) as influenced by the Austro-Hungarian rulers from Germany and the Czech Republic.

The Beers of America information describes this beer as having a creamy texture with rich flavor and a fine malt body.

It has an amber color pour with a creamy tan head that tastes of caramel and brown sugar. Tejas Bock also has a very hoppy flavor with some grain flavors and a dry alcohol taste.
