Owners of other Hyundai, Kia and Genesis vehicles such as the Santa Fe, Kona, Elantra, Sonata, Accent, Veloster, Ioniq, Nexo, G80, G90, Stinger, Rio, Forte, Optima, Cadenza, K900, Soul, Niro, Sportage, Sorento and Sedona may also find these DIY instructions to be helpful.

The compatible replacement light bulb part numbers as as follows: Low Beam # H7, High Beam # H7, Front Turn Signal 2357NA (or 2357A & PY28/8W) and Side Marker # 2825 (or W5W).

No tools are needed to access and replace any of the light bulbs in the driver or passenger side headlight assemblies.

The first two steps are to open the hood and then move to the side of the SUV with the burnt out headlight bulb.

The low beam light bulb is located near the outer edge of the headlight assembly. The low beam lens looks like a cloudy eye.

Avoid touching the glass part of the new halogen bulb with your fingers or anything greasy in the engine bay. If you do get it dirty, wipe it clean with a paper towel moistened with rubbing alcohol.

Having grease or dirt on the halogen bulb can cause a "hot spot" that will either reduce the bulb's life or cause it to shatter.

Push a new number H7 light bulb straight into the socket.

It can only be inserted in one orientation with the metal tab located at the bottom of the bulb.
