In order to access

The first step is to turn the steering wheel all the way in the opposite direction of the burnt out bulb. Moving the front wheels will create more working room in the wheel well. Use a flathead screwdriver or a pop rivet removal tool to gently pry up the center part of the fasteners along the outer edge of the wheel well liner (or "splash guard"). Then pry out the base of each fastener. |
